Rentzke started his corporate career working for ASLO Holdings as an Accountant, moved to JHI Properties, managing the prestigious Capital & Fortress Property Fund’s Western Cape Portfolio and was later employed as the COO of Granite Real Estate Investment Management before joining Residentia Trust in 2017.

Adriaan started his career as a Hedge Fund Accountant at IDS Fund Services. He joined JHI, managing Arrowhead Property Fund Western & Eastern Cape Portfolio’s. Adriaan moved to Capital Land Asset Management, manging the Synergy Income Fund before joining Residentia Trust in 2014.
