We offer tax minimisation strategies, financial reporting and comprehensive business directory advisory services to both residential and commercial property managers.
These are some of the accounting services we offer:
- Preparation of the annual estimate of income and expenditure for submission to the Board of Trustees and members for approval of the budget and determination of the levies for the ensuing year.
- Keeping detailed records of the administrative matters of the Body Corporate, including proper accounting records as per normal accounting practice and principles.
- Preparation of monthly unaudited income and expenditure accounts on an invoice basis.
- Preparation of financial records to Trial Balance
- Arranging the annual audit with the independent auditor of the Body Corporate and on completion arranging for distribution of the audited statements to members of the Body Corporate.
- Calculation and submission of VAT returns on behalf of the Body Corporate.
